About GCC Enable
GCC Enable is a training and workshop company that works only with Global Capability Centres in India. We help centres build the leaders, managers and teams they need to take on bigger global responsibilities.
Why we exist
India’s GCCs are changing fast. Centres that were set up to execute are now expected to own products, platforms and decisions, and to lead on AI.
Training has not caught up. Most catalogues were written for services firms or for corporates in general. They do not address what it means to win a mandate from HQ, run a transition, manage across time zones without escalating, or bring a services-trained lateral up to speed in a captive centre.
GCC Enable exists to close that gap. We start in Pune, home to more than 270 GCCs, and work with centres across India.

Meet the founder
Davis Rajan
Davis has spent more than 20 years running enterprise IT for global companies, across the US, UK, Europe, Latin America and India.
From the UK, he led IT service delivery across 19 European countries, turning around and stabilising operations for a global enterprise. He then moved to the US, where he managed large-scale global delivery for a leading pharmaceutical company, overseeing end-user computing, networks, data centre, storage and service desk for 8,000+ users across North America and LATAM. He later became General Manager and Country Head of IT End User Services at Vodafone India, supporting 30,000+ users nationwide.
Having run delivery from both the client side and the provider side, he knows what global headquarters expect from their teams in India. GCC Enable puts that experience to work for India’s Global Capability Centres, through practical content, conversations with GCC leaders, and training that helps teams upskill and perform.
