Join as faculty
Faculty lead workshops, coach managers and help design programmes. Most work with us part-time alongside their own practice.
Global delivery experience
You have led teams or programmes for global organisations, ideally inside or alongside a GCC.
A practical facilitator
You make sessions about real situations and practice, not slides.
Focus on outcomes
You care whether behaviour changes after the workshop, not just how it was rated on the day.
Careers
We do not have open full-time roles right now. We are always glad to hear from programme managers, instructional designers and business development people who know the GCC world.
