How we work
Four steps that tie every programme to the result your centre needs, and to the measures HQ will recognise.
- 1
Diagnose
A capability and maturity diagnostic tied to your centre’s mandate. We speak with your site leadership, HR and L&D, and a sample of managers and participants to understand what HQ is asking for and where the gaps really are.
- Stakeholder interviews and a short survey
- Review of the mandate, roadmap and current talent data
- Agreed priorities and success measures
- 2
Design
The programme is built from real GCC situations: your transitions, your HQ relationships, your tools and policies. You see and approve the design before anything is delivered.
- Case studies and role plays drawn from your context
- Format and schedule that fit around delivery commitments
- Pre-reads and participant briefings
- 3
Deliver
Delivered on-site in Pune or across India (Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Chennai, Mumbai, NCR), or virtually for distributed teams. Sessions are led by facilitators with hands-on global delivery experience.
- On-site, virtual or blended
- Small groups with plenty of practice
- Coaching and follow-up where the format needs it
- 4
Measure
We agree the measures up front and review them with your business sponsor afterwards. That might be time to productivity, escalations to HQ, transition milestones or AI adoption, depending on the programme.
- Baseline taken before the programme starts
- Post-programme report with results and recommendations
- Follow-up review at an agreed interval

A follow-up session
A check-in after the programme to reinforce the learning and review progress.
Start with a diagnostic conversation.
A 30-minute discovery call to understand what HQ is asking of your centre, and whether we can help.
